Returns & Exchanges | FOS – Factory of Scents

We want you to love every fragrance you receive from FOS. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, our Returns & Exchanges Policy makes it simple to find a solution.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 14 days of delivery, provided items are:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at factoryoffscents@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and send return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund or send your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
